Lohri – the festival of happiness, warmth and abundance was celebrated with all zeal and fervor at IMS, Ghaziabad on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. The celebration started with the special address by the Director, Prof. (Dr.) Urvashi Makkar who wished the students, faculty, staff members a very happy Lohri and Makar Sankranti and sought the blessings of the almighty for a happy, healthy and prosperous year ahead. The evening got really pleasant with the holy bonfire and the tempting tunes of hit chartbusters. Everyone enjoyed the warmth of the flames while sharing the jaggery, gazak and popcorn with each other on the occasion.
