IMS, Ghaziabad organized a Special Session on the ‘Role of Soft Skills on Leadership and Personal Effectiveness’ effectively delivered by Ms. Upasana Jain, a renowned Soft Skills Trainer and the Former Sales Head, HealthScion Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Leadership skills and Personal Effectiveness are two sides of the same coin and are complementary to each other. Contriving from this basic concept, IMS, Ghaziabad organized a Special Session on the ‘Role of Soft Skills on Leadership and Personal Effectiveness’ effectively delivered by Ms. Upasana Jain, a renowned Soft Skills Trainer and the Former Sales Head, HealthScion Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The session commenced with the welcome of the Expert and an open interaction with the participating students who talked about their strengths and dreams in life. The Expert, Ms. Jain, interestingly adorned the theme with the interesting and easy to relate examples and illuminated how personal effectiveness can be enhanced by inculcating the leadership skills.
