With the objective of core competency generation and enhancement of Employability Quotient amongst the students, Value Added Certification Program (VA-CP) on Digital & Social Media Marketing was organized by IMS Ghaziabad on January 21-22, 2021. The program was delivered by Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) and certificates (issued by MSME, GOI) were awarded after successful completion of the course. The expert during the training program was Ms. Bhawana Bhardwaj, Digital Marketing Trainer & Consultant, Founder – Digital Marketing Corporation. The Director, Prof. (Dr.) Urvashi Makkar, in her inaugural address, ignited the minds of students by emphasizing on growing importance of Digital Marketing, Social Media Savviness, placement readiness and how these professional training are becoming undeniable factors in this digital era.
Ms. Bhardwaj, an instrumental contributor to the digital world, apprised the participants that digital marketing is future and it is going to replace conventional marketing in next twenty years. In her thought provoking address, she discussed emerging concepts like Google analytics, SEO, SMO, PPC and traffic generation.
