To develop and enhance the pragmatic perspectives on innovations rousing in service marketing, IMS Ghaziabad in association with Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA) organized a Management Development Program on ‘Service Innovation’ on January 22 – 23, 2021, 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM. The experts during the two days MDP were Mr. Vinay Gupta, Director, GMA, Prof Harsh Verma, Professor, FMS, Mr. Ajoy Shah, General Manager, JK Tyres & Mr. Amardeep Bajpai, Founder, Webisdom. The Director, Prof. (Dr.) Urvashi Makkar, in her inaugural address, emphasized on the changing scenario of marketing and services and how continuous innovations can be of great help to deal with the complex and volatile market conditions.
On day one, Mr. Vinay Gupta, Director, GMA and Prof. Harsh Verma, Professor, FMS; Mr. Ajoy Shah, General Manager-JKTyres kept their deliberations on ICT and Marketing Innovations. Mr. Amardeep Bajpai, Founder, Webisdom, who was the expert on day two, discussed SAAS and CRM. The corporate delegates who attended the sessions were from NTPC, NHPC, Godfrey Phillips, IDFC, Hicare, Byjus, and many more.
