With the same belief, IMS Ghaziabad invited its distinguished alumni for a talk on on “Personal Leadership” by Mr. Raj Badhwar, Chief Transformation Officer, Bliss Ocean and “Digitalisation of Banks” by Mr. Amit Tyagi, Chief Manager, Bank of India (Public Sector Undertaking) on Saturday, January 23, 2021. The Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar, in her inaugural address, emphasizedMr. Badhwar, advised the students that ‘Leadership is like a game of tennis, if you don’t know how to serve, one cannot lead’ and ‘Competence and character are two important characteristics of a true leader’. Mr. Tyagi, shared his expertise and equipped the students with lessons to cope up with the upcoming challenges in the business world.
