Celebrating International Women’s Day With Panel Discussion on ‘Women In Leadership Role’
To celebrate women of substance on the occasion of International Women’s Day, a Panel Discussion on ‘Women In Leadership Role’ was organized by IMS Ghaziabad on March 08, 2021, 3:00 PM onwards. The event witnessed the presence of distinguished luminaries, Ms. Kalpana Palkhiwala, (Retd.) Dy. Director, PIB, Prior Ministry of Info. & Broadcasting, GOI, Ms. Anushri Verma, Senior HR Business Partner, HCL Technologies & Ms. Madhura Mukherjee, Gold Project Manager, Genpact. The celebrations commenced with the inaugural address of Prof. (Dr.) Urvashi Makkar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad who pondered on that let us be strengthened by becoming the strength of each other and start celebrating our own being. Ms. Kalpana Palkhiwala, (Retd.) Deputy Director, Press Information Bureau elucidated on how women through ages have been learning to liberalize themselves from the challenges like discrimination & humiliation. Ms. Anushri Verma, Senior HR Business Partner, HCL technologies showcased how women are globally contributing towards growth and prosperity on personal and professional front. Ms. Madhura Mukherjee, Gold Project Manager, Genpact, discussed how in this time of phenomenal transition, agility and collaboration is the only way forward.
