To extend global exposure to the students of PGDM 2020-22 Batch, a Global Expert Talk on “Strategic Management” was organized by IMS Ghaziabad under the contemporary leadership of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad on Monday, May 24, 2021. We were elated to have the presence of our globally acclaimed expert, Mr. Ashish Patel, Managing Director, CIO Advisory, Data Analytics, Morgan Franklin, USA, Former Senior Vice President, Bank of America. It was an ongoing series of 20 hours sessions from March-May 2021, where the students were exposed to real life industry case studies and corporate experience sharing. Prof. Urvashi Makkar during her address emphasized on ‘integrity as the core of any strategic planning’. Mr. Patel, during his sessions covered the nuances of strategic planning leading to a successful corporate journey. The Convenor, Dr. Abhinav P. Tripathi thanked the Director and the Expert for their valuable support and expressed that all the sessions were thought provoking and raised the level of inquisitiveness of all the attendees.
