IMS Ghaziabad

To kick start the journey of newly admitted PGDM, Batch 2021-23 students to the corporate world, IMS Ghaziabad, a premier institute in the domain of Management Education, organized an Induction Program on “Opportunities and Challenges for Budding Managers”. The Phase I of the comprehensive program was conducted from August 2 – 6, 2021 under the patronage of Hon’ble Shri Nitin Agarwal, Chief Patron and Managing Trustee, IMS Ghaziabad

In her Inaugural Address, Prof. (Dr.) Urvashi Makkar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad, encouraged the students to adapt themselves to the VUCA environment, be agile and have a focused mindset. The students were apprised with relevant information about the administrative and academic policies of the institute. Additionally, information about myriad innovative practices, certification programs and collaborations were also provided to them.

After a rigorous admission process, the Induction Program, which was enthusiastically attended by the students along with their parents, served as a prelude to the PGDM learning experience. It helped to make the new entrants feel comfortable with their new lives as part of the campus while simultaneously aligning them with the policies, practices and expectations of the institute.
