Inspired by the vision to nurture the minds of budding managers with the realistic experiences of the corporate world, IMS Ghaziabad, organized a Panel Discussion on August 27, 2021 as part of the Induction Program, Phase II on “Opportunities and Challenges for Budding Managers” for PGDM, Batch 2021-23. The session, which was conceptualized under the strategic direction of Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar, was enriched by the presence of Mr. Kamalendu Bali, VP- Business Solutions, Concentrix; Mr. Prakash Sinha, VP-HR, Kalpataru power Transmission Ltd.; Mr. Pramod Joshi, Co- founder, The Winning Mantra and Mr. Vineet Vohra, Environmentalist and Speaker, Give Me Trees Trust.
The speakers emphasized on the critical role of teamwork, learning agility, multitasking, perseverance and many other relevant aspects for future success. They also reiterated that there was no short cut to success. The discussion was highly instrumental in strengthening the zest, enthusiasm and confidence of the students, thus gearing them to face the tough challenges ahead.
