As part of the Induction Program, Phase II on “Opportunities and Challenges for Budding Managers” for PGDM, Batch 2021-23 students, IMS Ghaziabad (Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad) organized an “Expert Speakers Session” on August 28, 2021. The session, conceptualized under the leadership of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director, witnessed the presence of corporate stalwarts Mr. Deepak Jindal, Project Manager, SAP; Mr Tarun Sharma, National Lead- Key Accounts, Aon’s Assessment Solutions; Mr. Varinder Singh, Chief Manger- HR, Fortum India Pvt. Ltd. and Mr Rajesh Popli, Assistant Director-HR, E&Y.
The students were tremendously benefitted by the insights, experiences and wisdom of the corporate luminaries. In their motivating addresses, the experts inspired the students to dream big and have confidence in their dreams. They also suggested the way forward for the students to sail through in the current disruptive times.
