IMS Ghaziabad

IMS Ghaziabad, organized a 15 Hours Certification Program on “Placement Readiness Enhancement-Blended” (PREP) for PGDM Batch 2020-22 by “The Winning Mantra @ Campus”. The program was conducted by Mr. Pramod Joshi, Co-Founder & Director, The Winning Mantra and his team (Col. Aman Bedi and Mr. Kunal Sharma), in the months of August -September, 2021.

The initiative, conceptualized under the visionary leadership of Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad, endeavored in enhancing the self-belief, ability & skills of the students to ace the selection process. Facilitated by an experienced team of Transform Mentors, who shared the expectations of industry from the budding managers, it helped in identifying and developing the required set of competencies in the students, thus increasing their confidence and making them corporate ready. The sessions were highly informative and helped students by providing practical exposure to the key competencies assessed by recruiters.

In the Valedictory Session held on September 8, 2021, 6 students- Anushka Gupta, Ishika Dixit, Aparna Bhatnagar, Nirmit Sadh, Poornima Mishra and Saksham Gulati were recognized with the award of “Order of the Star” for exhibiting superlative performance in PREP sessions. Also, 8 students-Aanchal Singhal, Himanshu Daroch, Anushka Gupta, Mohammad Ali, Navdeep Kunwar, Vatsala Bhatnagar, Vishal Rathi and Akansha Gupta were given Letter of Appreciation in recognition of their role as a ‘Student Ambassador’. The students benefited immensely from the quality discussions and knowledge sharing in the sessions.
