IMS Ghaziabad, reckoned to be a frontrunner in social responsiveness, is offering its PGDM students 4 weeks internship with CRY, an Indian NGO working towards ensuring child rights since 1979.
The noble initiative, taken up by the Aabhaar Club (a club focused on social initiative by IMSians) of IMS Ghaziabad and commencing from September 27, 2021 speaks volume about the philanthropic inclination as well as enablement of Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar Makkar. It will be instrumental in inculcating the spirit of volunteering amongst the students and enabling their skills for the benefit of the underprivileged children of India.
The outcome would be to develop responsible individuals with adequate levels of sensitivity towards the society, in line with the core values of the institute. Certificates would be awarded to students upon successful completion of the internship.
