With an aim to provide industry exposure to the students beyond the regular classroom teaching, IMS Ghaziabad, organized an Industrial Visit to Motherdairy Foods & Vegetables Private Limited, Patparganj, New Delhi for first year students of PGDM Batch 2021-23 from October 20-22, 2021.

Appreciating the CRC team of the institute for organizing the visit, Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar highlighted the significance of such visits in providing an opportunity to the students to develop a practical perspective on the world of work.

The students very actively walked through the plant with the Mother Dairy officials who explained the whole process of manufacturing and packaging of milk and milk products. They were taken through the production facility including the quality check of milk samples in the quality control department, pasteurization process, packaging and storage.

The enthusiastic and participative students asked many relevant questions. They expressed their gratitude to Mr. Renu Pillai, Senior Superintendent, Plant, Mother Dairy, for giving them practical insights on the operational aspects of the dairy industry and also for extending warm hospitality.

The fun cum education learning experience, coordinated by Mr. Asjad Iqbal, Senior Manager, Corporate Resource Centre, was instrumental in developing in the students an understanding of the different functional domains of the organization.
