We are elated to announce the significant collaboration between two academic leaders- IMS Ghaziabad and Mata Sundri College University of Delhi, University of Delhi!!
To formalize the noteworthy association, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad and Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur – Principal, Mata Sundri College of Women on October 25, 2021.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Urvashi highlighted the significance of the collaborations in promoting #powerful student exchange programs, integrating #faculty exchange programs and submitting joint #research proposals upon mutual agreement. She emphasized that both the institutes would together organize numerous academic events for the benefit and enrichment of faculty and staff. She further added that a major thrust area of the association would be the unique #Peer #Mentoring Sessions wherein the PGDM students of IMS Ghaziabad will contribute in developing important skills such as #Group #Discussion, #Team Presentation, Case Based Learning and Public Speaking.
Dr. Harpreet highlighted that both the institutions would work in tandem and collaborate in the areas of Faculty Development Programs, Management Development Programs, Staff Development Programs, Joint Publications as well as sharing of resources and knowledge. She also emphasized that broadening horizons and enhancing the skills of students is a key element of any teaching-learning process.
Coordinated by Ms. Vaani Gandha, Head, Corporate Development & Excellence Centre, the MoU was instrumental in establishing a basis of cooperation and collaboration amongst the two institutes.
