IMS Ghaziabad, a front runner in the pursuit of reinvention of management education, organized a Management Development Program on ‘Project Planning & Analysis’ on November 18, 2021. The MDP was graced by the intellectual deliberations of Chief Guest, Mr. Deepak Jindal, Project Manager, SAP India Private Limited and Expert Resource Speaker, Mr. Tanmay Sarkar, Project Manager, Research and Analytics, UnitedHealth Group. Envisioned under the academic acumen of Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar to impart an in depth understanding on the latest developments in the domain of Project Planning, the MDP was convened by Dr. Ajay Kumar Patel, Dean Students Affairs & Area Chairperson Finance and Dr. Parul Yadav, Chairperson, MDP.

Keen insights on the multiple dimensions of project planning, feasibility, execution and risk assessment were shared by the experts during the session. Mr. Tanmay, the resource person for the MDP, took rigorous practical sessions on various analytics tools and their application which can be used by organizations for the benefit of all stakeholders. Delivering the inaugural address, Dr. Urvashi Makkar emphasized that understanding and appropriate application of the different nuances of project management can serve as a major competitive advantage to organizations in diverse sectors. Coordinated by Dr. Harsh Pratap Singh, Dr. Pushpender kumar Kumar and Dr Laxmi Pandey , the MDP was instrumental in providing hands on experience on project planning and analysis.
