Recognition of Students in Valedictory Ceremony of PREP at IMS Ghaziabad

In line with its student centric initiatives, IMS Ghaziabad organized a 12 Hours Short Term Training on ‘Placement Readiness Enhancement Programme (PREP)’ for PGDM Batch 2021-23 from November 15-29, 2021. The programme was conducted by ‘The Winning Mantra’ team comprising of Dr. Pramod Joshi; Col. Aman Bedi (Retd.) and Mr. Vishal Mathur. The program was conceived using keen inputs received from renowned corporate experts along with Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar for improving the skill sets of the students towards corporate readiness and employability. Facilitated by Dr. Radhika Malhotra, Program Chairperson; Dr. Parul Agarwal and Dr. Shikha Dubey, Coordinators, PREP, the sessions were instrumental in enhancing the self-belief, ability & skills of the students to ace the selection process.In the Valedictory Session held on December 01, 2021, 15 students were recognized with the award of “Order of the Star” for exhibiting superlative performance in PREP sessions. Also, a Letter of Appreciation was given to deserving students in recognition of their role as a ‘Student Ambassador’. Adding to the felicitations, the students who had demonstrated exceptional commitment to learning and self-development during the PREP sessions were also motivated with Letter of Appreciation. The energetic session concluded in an ambience of positivity and optimism for further learning.
