IMS Ghaziabad Organized Comprehensive Reorientation Program for PGDM Students

IMS Ghaziabad, a frontrunner in the domain of Management Education, organized a “Re- Orientation Program” for students of PGDM 2021-23 on December 21, 2021. The comprehensive program was envisioned by Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar for realigning the students with the rigorous academic structure which would be followed in the current term and gearing them to pace up in order to gain an enriched learning experience from the numerous endeavors of the institute towards their corporate readiness. In-depth information on crucial aspects such as Academic Calendar, Course Structure, Examinations, innovative initiatives of Value Added Short Term Training Programmes, Value Added Certification Programmes, Pre Placement Preparedness, Competency Mapping, Mentoring, the vibrant Student Driven Clubs, PGDM Specializations, Summer Internship Project and many more was shared with the inquisitive students by the faculty team.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Urvashi Makkar inspired the students to do a thorough introspection and identify for themselves how far they have been able to fulfill their own expectations as well as that of the institute and their parents. She guided them to never underestimate their infinite potential and confidently work towards reinventing themselves. Coordinated by Dr. Radhika Malhotra, Program Chairperson; Mr. Ankit Garg and Dr. Divya Pant, the interactive session elicited enthusiastic participation from the young minds who attained many takeaways in terms of setting personal goals, time management and making the best of each opportunity with renewed zeal and determination.
