“Peer Mentoring” Session by PGDM Students of Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ghaziabad – Business School for their Peers in Delhi University

Enthusiastic and perseverant budding managers of PGDM program at IMS Ghaziabad mentored their peers in Department of Commerce, Mata Sundri College For Women, University of Delhi in the unique “Peer Mentoring” session conceived under the guidance of Director, Dr. Urvashi Makkar on January 31, 2022.

The vibrant session witnessed sharing of knowledge, experience and perspectives by Ujjawal Saxena, Shally Sangwan, Gunjan Singhal, vaibhav nagpal, Avantika Verma, Parushi Avasthi, Anu Agarwal, Aditi Prajapati and Harshit Agarwal with over 90 inquisitive fellow learners. The key focus areas of the discussion were:

Prospects in diverse fields of MBA (Marketing, HR and Finance)

MBA in India and Foreign Countries

Government job opportunities in India after MBA

The session elicited raving feedback by the audience in terms of getting clarity on key aspects. The novel initiative, conceptualized as part of the Memorandum of Association signed between the two institutes for mutual synergized growth was coordinated by Dr. Vaishali Agarwal, Dr. Amit Bhati, Dr. Abhishek Bhushan Singhal, Dr. Shikha Dubey and Ms. Vaani Gandha.
