The institute organized a Faculty & Staff Development Program on “Power Dressing” for the female faculty and staff members on October 04, 2022.
The Expert Resource Person for the session was Ms. Nidhi Saini , Author & Corporate Trainer, Communications & Soft Skills.
Delivering the Inaugural Address, Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director, IMS Ghaziabad highlighted the crucial role of a faculty member in acting as a role model for the students, in addition to providing technical and domain specific knowledge. She emphasized that “Dressing becomes a powerful catalyst and gives an exponential increase to our authority as a faculty” and hence each one of us must make our own signature style of ‘Power Dressing’.
