IMS Ghaziabad organized Reorientation Program for PGDM Batch 2022-24

We are pleased to share that IMS Ghaziabad organized a vital Reorientation Program on “Realigning & Re-Energizing your Competencies towards Effective Summer Internships” for Term III students of PGDM Batch 2022-24 on February 27, 2023. The session was graced by the insights from Dr. Radhika Malhotra, Officiating In charge-Director Office, IMS Ghaziaabd; illustrious alumni, Mr. Vineet Sarawagi, Commercial & Contracts Manager, ReNew Power, Batch 2008-10; Mr. Rachit Kumar, Business Head, Fincart, Batch 2010-12 and Distinguished Guests, Mr. Harshit Mathur, Co-Founder, Qualytics Consulting.and Mr. Kush Tripathi, Senior Program Manager, Edunet Foundation, IBM. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Radhika Malhotra inspired the young minds to chase their goals with renewed rigor, zeal & vitality and gear up in order to derive maximum benefit from the various innovative initiatives undertaken by the institute towards their corporate readiness.

The experts energized the young minds to be passionate about their work, develop confidence and enhance their skill sets for sustained success in their personal & professional endeavors. The budding managers were apprised about the forthcoming events, activities and initiatives undertaken by the institute towards their corporate readiness & skill enhancements including the much awaited IBM Certification courses. Adding to the momentum, the students who demonstrated ‘Exemplary Performance’ in the recently conducted Problem Based Learning project in collaboration with Qualytics Consulting Pvt. Ltd. were felicitated. Compered by Akanksha Singh & Dewansh Chaubey and coordinated by Dr. Naveen Virmani & Dr. Smriti Mathur, the session was instrumental in enabling the young professionals to realign & reenergize their competencies towards the upcoming Summer Internships.
