IMS Ghaziabad organized Industrial Visit to Mother Dairy

In order to provide vital industry exposure to the budding managers beyond the regular classroom teaching, IMS Ghaziabad organized an Industrial Visit to Mother Dairy, Patparganj, New Delhi for first year students of PGDM Batch 2022-24 on May 15, 2023. The students enthusiastically understood the functioning of the plant from the Mother Dairy officials who explained the whole process of manufacturing and packaging of milk and milk products. They were taken through the production facility which has the highest capacity in the country including the quality check of milk samples in the quality control department, pasteurization process, packaging and storage. Organized by the Corporate Resource Centre (CRC) of the institute and coordinated by Mr. Renu Pillai, Senior Superintendent, Plant, Mother Dairy, the visit was instrumental in imparting the students an understanding of the different domains in the FMCG sector and apply theoretical concepts to practical situations.
