Prof. J. P. Sharma, Director- IMS Ghaziabad has been conferred with the “CSR Eminent Directors of Leading Institutes Award” Award 2017 by Competition Success Review in a splendid Ceremony held at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi, April 2, 2017.
This award honors outstanding Directors whose achievements have made a broad impact on society. Prof. Sharma expressed his gratitude to the entire management of the institute for entrusting him and has all the appreciations for the dedicated team of faculty, staff, students and alumni at IMS Ghaziabad.

Melange -17, An Inter Institute Annual Cultural Festival, March 24-25, 2017 at IMS Ghaziabad, Lal Kaun Campus IMS Ghaziabad organized its Inter Institute Annual Cultural Festival “Melange -17”, March 24-25, 2017. The Mega Event was inaugurated by Ms. Nidhi Kesarwani, (IAS), Honorable District Magistrate, Ghaziabad in the august presence of Sh. Pramod Agarwal, Managing Trustee IMS Ghaziabad, Sh. Sanjay Agarwal, Chairman IMS Society, Sh. Rakesh Chharia, General Secretary IMS Society, Dr. Sraban Mukherjee, Director IMSEC and Prof. J. P. Sharma, Director IMS Ghaziabad. Prof. J. P. Sharma welcomed the Chief Guest & other dignitaries and congratulated the Faculty & Staff for organizing a huge and wonderful event. Ms. Nidhi kesarwani advised the students to stick to their roots, culture, respect thy country and urged them to be patient, to work hard and most of all be a good human being. The Event flagged off by spectacular performances from students and witnessed huge participation from around 70 reputed Universities / Colleges including 17 Teams from Delhi University Departments & Colleges in various events. Youthful and Vibrant Intercollegiate Annual Cultural festival at IMS Ghaziabad, “Melange -2017” will be held on March 24-25, 2017.
Ms. Nidhi Kesharwani, IAS, Honorable District Magistrate, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh has given her kind consent to be the Chief Guest and Inaugurate the Mega Cultural Festival Melange – 17 in the august presence of Sh. Pramod Agarwal, Managing Trustee, IMS Ghaziabad on March 24, 2017. The annual fest has been providing a common Platform to the students all over the country to display their creativity, talent, enthusiasm and showcase their talent and enthusiasm since last 27 years. The festival includes activities and events in the categories of Music, Arts, Dance, Skit, Photography, Fashion, Quiz and many more. Around 70 renowned Colleges / Universities have already registered for the participation. The events will be highly interactive and rejuvenating with fun and excitement.

IMS Ghaziabad, a 28 year old premier B-School, has been ranked among Top B-schools for straight 3rd year in a row as 8th among Top 20 B-School in North Zone and 26th (last year 28th) among Top 150 B-School in All India by Times B School Survey, published in The Times of India, February 24, 2017.
Commenting on the result of the survey, Prof. J.P Sharma, Director IMS Ghaziabad, congratulated all the stakeholders and expressed his delight to be adjudged – 8th in North India & 26th in All India. IMS Ghaziabad, under the dynamic leadership of Prof. J P Sharma, Director, organized a Two Day, International Conference on “Corporate Governance: Retrospect and Prospects”, (ICCG IMSGZB 2017) on February 12-13, 2017 where a Galaxy of eminent thought-leaders congregated for Stimulating Panel Discussions and Keynote addresses. The International Conference is organized with a mission to bring together global researchers, academicians, policy makers and practitioners on a common platform in corporate governance and allied disciplines like finance and law etc.
