IMS Ghaziabad : “A” Rated Institute by Crisil
We are pleased to share that Crisil – a pioneer credit rating agency has awarded IMS Ghaziabad as “A” Rated Institute and the stable rating to IMS Society. Crisil believes that since 1990, IMS Society has maintained its healthy financial risk profile, especially liquidity, over the medium term, supported by its sizeable cash reserves and expected cash accruals and no major debt-funded capital expenditure (capex) plans.
The rating also reflects IMS Ghaziabad’s established presence in the higher-education sector and healthy demand prospects for the higher-education sector. These rating strengths are partially offset by the society’s modest scale of operations, geographical concentration, and susceptibility to adverse regulations in the education sector. This achievement will play a significant factor for further growth and development of IMS Society.
