IMS Ghaziabad

With the focus learning from the “learning from the peers itself”; IMS Ghaziabad organized Team-It Up on December 23, 2015. SAKSHAM: THE HR CLUB conceptualized this activity where PGDM students engaged themselves into a team game to inculcate team spirit and leadership skills.

The session began with the welcome address by Director, Dr. Tapan Kumar Nayak. He motivated the budding managers with his enthusiastic address. The Game started with lots of passion and cheerful spirit where PGDM 2015-17 students were quite involved and excited exercises which enable to experience the real life situations. Students learned the practical implication of group strategy, group formation stages and group coordination and presentation. The judges of the events were Dr. Tushar Mahajan, Dr. Lata Bajpai and Dr. Neeraj Sanghi. After the event the winners were Darpan Sharma, Abhineet Mishra and Ratnin Bishnoi and the runners up were Rangoli Agarwal, Sachin Sharma and Manisha Dugar felicitated by the director. It was an enriching experience for the audience to watch the students involved into such management games. The coordinators of the events were Dr. Rinku Sanjeev and Ms. Rajbeer Kaur.
