Outbound Programme for PGDM 2018-20 Batch, July 13, 2018
IMS Firmly believes that the real learning occurs beyond the classrooms. Hence to inculcate Team Work, Leadership, Group Dynamics and Communication skills amongst the new admitted PGDM Batch, an extensive Outbound Programme was organized at IMS Ghaziabad. The Students, divided into groups participated enthusiastically in parallel activities namely Spider Web – Cross the web, Perfect Square – Create a perfect square whilst being blindfolded, Magic Matt – Cross from one side to another with Matt without touching the ground, Trust Fall – Free Fall and Roller Coaster – Create a platform where Ball moves from one end to another on its own without any manual intervention. Students from Two sections each were divided into four groups for activities apart from Roller Coaster which was a combined activity. The Students enjoyed the fun-filled activities throughout the day and learned the true management principles for Life.

“Placement Readiness Enhancement Programme” for PGDM Students by The Winning Mantra
Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad organized Kick-Off Session for the 24 Hours Certification Program on “Placement Readiness Enhancement” (PREP) conducted by Mr. Pramod Joshi and his Team of “The Winning Mantra” for final year PGDM students of 2016-18 batch followed by the training sessions on October 25, 2017. In the beginning of the session, Dr. Tapan Kumar Nauak, Dean-Academics and the Director-Officiating, IMS Ghaziabad addressed the students emphasizing on the importance of Placement Readiness Enhancement Programme for IMS management students followed by a highly motivational address by Mr. Pramod Joshi, Director-Winning Mantra.
The Winning Mantra is one of the pioneers in the field of career training, both for skills enhancement and personality development. The Winning Mantra series of programs has spawned several successful careers, by giving the individual a robust and resilient platform to build his personal effectiveness on. This 24 hours certification programme will be continued on two days in a week in the month of October-November 2017.
